Hand-harvested Merlot & Cabernet Sauvignon are destemmed and given a short maceration to preserve their freshness and depth. After gentle pressing, the wine ages for 18 months in stainless steel and old oak barrels, before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, and without added sulfur—allowing its true character to shine.
