Grown in the Coteaux d’Ancenis, this Pinot Gris flourishes in gneiss and orthogneiss soils under the influence of an oceanic climate. The 15-year-old vines, now in their second year of organic conversion, are farmed with deep respect for nature. Hand-harvested and 100% destemmed, the grapes undergo a 15-day maceration, spontaneous fermentations, and 8 months of aging, resulting in a wine of remarkable depth and complexity.
