L’Anjou Blanc comes from young Chenin Blanc vines (under 20 years old) growing on schist soils—chosen for their intensely fruity expression. Hand-harvested and gently cold-pressed, the juice ferments spontaneously, with malolactic fermentation left to nature’s decision. Aged for 11 months in stainless steel, this wine is all about precision and purity, with just a tiny touch of sulfites (2g) added when pressed.

For an "entry-level" Chenin, this wine is remarkably complex. Its crystalline acidity and mineral tension create an electric energy, balanced by ripe notes of golden apple, yellow pear, and sour mandarin. At just 13% alcohol, it’s perfect for sipping outdoors in the sunshine—and will remain just as fresh and lively for years to come.
