At Clos Dauliac, his vines thrive under organic & biodynamic farming, managed with care and harvested mostly by hand. Following DEMETER guidelines, the winemaking is as natural as possible: fermentation with indigenous yeasts, minimal intervention, and barely any added sulphites. The result? A Malbec with incredible freshness and lightness, far from the dense, brooding wines often associated with the region.
