This stunning white wine opens with an expressive nose of green apple, exotic fruits, honeysuckle, acacia, and candied orange zest. On the palate, it delivers a burst of tangy freshness, carried by vibrant tension and a clean, driving mineral line. Bright, aromatic, and beautifully lifted, it’s a wine that joyfully breaks away from classic Bordeaux expectations, and we absolutely love it.

✨ Crafted with purity and precision

Made from 50% Sauvignon Blanc and 50% Sauvignon Gris, all vines are grown organically and harvested entirely by hand. Osaka Uchida vinifies naturally, using direct pressing, followed by a short maturation in vats on fine lees until February 2024. The wine is bottled without fining, filtration, or added sulfites, preserving maximum purity and aromatic expression. Production is extremely limited, a confidential cuvée that showcases Uchida’s signature finesse in white winemaking.
